Once you have decided on your ensemble you will need to fill out and email/post the Booking Form and make a Deposit of 30%. Both the Booking Form and Invoice will be sent accordingly. The Remaining Fee is due 7 days prior to your event. Payment for either the Deposit or Remaining Fee can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa and Mastercard accepted).

Other Ensemble Link Services

  • Sound Engineering
    For large outdoor events consider employing the expertise of a sound engineer. This is particularly helpful for performances in unusual acoustics. Ensemble Link can advise you at time of booking about the need for amplification.

  • Composer
    Commission a piece to be composed especially for your event. Meet with the composer to talk through your ideas and the direction you would like to take. This is ideal for ceremonial events, celebrations and artistic/theatrical collaborations.

  • Arranger
    Clients requiring pieces to be arranged that are not on the Repertoire List on the Music Page will be charged $80 per piece. Arranging is a special art and when done properly, popular songs can be transformed spectacularly into the classical realm. Please note: this is subject to the obtaining of copyright licensing for the piece, which is included in the $80 arranging fee.

  • Residency
    If you are a venue manager or hospitality owner and would like to entertain your guests and visitors with fine music, you may wish to consider a residency. After an initial consultation we can assist you in choosing a group to perform regularly at your venue. This can be arranged for definate or indefinate periods on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Please enquire at time of booking regarding fees.
